To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria
You have enrolled in one of our paid courses. Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of the date of enrollment. You have not completed more than 30% of the course content. Please include your name, course name, enrollment date, and reason for requesting a refund in your email

Once we receive your refund request and verify your eligibility, we will process your refund within [number of days] days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the enrollment.

Please note that the following situations are not eligible for refunds

Refund requests submitted after the 30-day refund period.
Refund requests for courses where more than 30% of the content has been completed.
Refund requests for promotional or discounted courses.
